We endeavour to despatch all orders in 1-2 business days after verifying your payment. We generally use Australia Post eParcel & Fastway for shipping, but may use Australia Post standard mail service for certain items. Please refer to the product listing for details. 

We ship to address provided in eBay. Please make sure your shipping details in your eBay account are correct as we cannot guarantee that it can be changed. This is because we use an automated order processing system, so all orders will go through to our warehouse for packing once payment has been verified. 

Shipping & handling charge is listed on eBay. It includes packaging, warehouse and distribution costs, not just postage fee. When you bid on our product, you agree to pay the shipping & handling fee in all circumstances.

Any charges incurred by parcels that cannot be posted due to buyer providing incorrect address will be covered by the buyer. These charges must be paid before the item can be resent.

We generally accept payment via Paypal only for immediate transactions so we can send out your order on the same day or the next business day. We can arrange bank deposit / Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) if buyers specifically ask for. Please use your eBay ID as reference when making bank deposit / EFT. We only ship out item once payment is received in our bank account. Please send us message request should you arrange alternative payment method. 

Tax invoice is provided with each order.

The successful bidder must complete the transaction and pay within 5 days from the date of receipt of email notification following the end of the sale. Otherwise, the buyer will be reported to eBay as NON-PAID buyer.

A cancellation fee of 5.5% of the total sale is applicable for any cancellations (including wrong bidding / change of mind / family or friends bidding without consent / fraud bidding). This is to cover listing fees (which are non-refundable by eBay) and also to avoid dummy bidding. 

All care is taken in item listings however any misprints, omissions or mistakes are unintentional. Pictures are for illustration purposes only. 

All listed items come with its warranty description. Buyers please note the different of the warranty term: Please email us if the item is DOA (dead on arrival) within 7 days from the date of dispatch.We will replace the item if the returned item has been found faulty after the checking by our technician. However,you will be charged test fee  $30.00 if the returned item is found to be working and the item will be delivered back to you at your expense.      

Manufacturer warranty: Buyers have to contact manufacturer of the item for all the warranty service within the warranty period.  Digilifeonline has no other responsibility (included DOA) to item which covered with Manufacture warranty.   Manufacturer On-site Warranty: Buyers have to contact manufacture of the item to arrange booking of all on-site service within the warranty period. Manufature will arrange courier for pickup at your place.Digilifeonline has no any responsibility to item Manufacture On-site warranty.   Replacement warranty (Return to Base): All Faulty item can be replaced with full functional unit after checking process (take up to 20 business day) within warranty period. Buyer has responsibility to send back the faulty item to Digilifeonline.   No Return Basis: item sold as its, NO return nor refund.   Digilifeonline has no guarantee on product compatibility unless specified on the item listing.
